Seasonal and Ongoing Property Management Service

This service is designed to keep your home or business stress‑free year‑round. We coordinate trusted contractors, perform monthly routine check‑ins on your property, and act as your liaison to ensure recurring needs are handled smoothly and reliably. It’s especially valuable for seasonal residents who want peace of mind while they’re away, knowing they have a trusted advocate managing projects and communicating on their behalf.

Here’s how we support you:

  • Routine Maintenance: Coordinating qualified professionals for landscaping, pool care, HVAC servicing, pest control, and general upkeep.
  • Seasonal Preparation: Managing storm readiness, hurricane shutters, seasonal transitions, and property adjustments so you’re never caught off guard.
  • Upgrades & Improvements: Coordinating remodeling, painting, or system upgrades while you’re away, so your home is refreshed and ready when you return.
  • Project Coordination: Acting as your on‑site representative, we schedule contractors, oversee progress, and ensure projects are completed to your expectations before the season begins.
  • Vendor & Contractor Management: Handling scheduling, access, and communication with multiple service providers to keep everything aligned.
  • Communication & Oversight: Showing up when you cannot, keeping you informed, and ensuring contractors understand your priorities.
  • Problem Resolution: Addressing issues early, resolving disputes, and keeping projects or services moving without disruption.
  • Peace of Mind Year‑Round: With us managing the details, you can focus on your life and business while knowing your property is cared for and ready when you arrive.


Base Monthly Service: $250 — includes property check‑ins, contractor coordination, and ongoing communication. Additional services or expanded scope are customized and agreed upon in your contract.


Note: Every client’s needs are unique. Services are provided based on the terms outlined in our initial agreement and contract. Scope, visits, and additional requests are consulted and agreed upon on a case‑by‑case basis to ensure clarity.
