Sibley Group Consulting is a veteran-owned and operated, family-run consulting, client advocacy, and project management firm based in Vero Beach, Florida. Founded by retired U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major Stephen M. Sibley (“Sonny”), a 22-year Army veteran, and his wife Cori M. Sibley, we act as your trusted consultants.

After more than two decades of leading soldiers, managing complex missions, and ensuring accountability at the highest levels of the U.S. Army, Sonny recognized a clear need in the civilian world: homeowners and clients often struggle to navigate contractors, projects, and compliance with confidence. Drawing on his military career — where precision, transparency, and trust were non-negotiable — he founded Sibley Group Consulting to bring that same discipline and advocacy to home improvement and project management.
